How can I contact customer support if I have questions about my order?
You can reach our dedicated support team via email at info@slatwerx.com.au. Alternatively give us a CALL between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
What is your return policy?
As our products are all custom built to your specifications, we do not offer a return or refund. Refunds for full length stock aluminium or hardware may be available. Shipping will be at customer cost.
What's your typical lead time once I order my product?
Slatwerx aims to offer industry leading manufacture and shipping times on all products. We will process all orders within 24 hours (weekdays). Quote requests are provided within 48 hours.
Once we receive your order, typical lead times for manufacture is 2-3 weeks depending on the item and customisations.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order. We will also keep you in the loop while you order is being manufactured so you can keep track of how it's progressing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay and Shop Pay.
Are there any additional fees for shipping?
Delivery fees are added to your order when you enter your address at checkout. We offer 3 delivery options:
- Local Delivery - if you are in one of our Local Delivery areas, you will be offered Local Delivery at our flat rate of $120inc. We ship to Sunshine Coast, Brisbane Metro, Gold Coast, Northern Rivers, Tweed, Melbourne Metro, Adelaide Metro, Newcastle Metro, and Perth Metro.
- Free Collection: Free pickup is available from depots in Sunshine Coast, Brisbane (Virginia), Gold Coast (Yatala, Molendinar) Adelaide (Kilburn), Melbourne (South Dandenong, Derrimut), Newcastle (Cardiff), and Perth (Jandakot).
- Regional Area Delivery - If you don't fall within the Local Delivery area and pick up is not an option for you, we offer regional shipping to all areas across Australia. If you don't see a shipping option at checkout please reach out to us and and we will provide you a custom shipping quote.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We understand that circumstances may change. Please contact our team within 24 hours if you need to modify or cancel your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
